Human Teleportation: Is it even possible?

Howstuffworks “Human Teleportation”

For a person to be transported, a machine would have to be built that can pinpoint and analyze all of the 1028 atoms that make up the human body.

So, is it even physically possible to teleport a human from one place to another, assuming that the teleportation of physically matter is achievable?
