Apple in talks to offer movies at iTunes – Yahoo! News
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Apple Computer Inc. (Nasdaq:AAPL – news) is in talks with most of Hollywood's studios to offer movie downloads via its popular iTunes Music Store Web site, show business newspaper Daily Variety reported on Monday.Citing unnamed sources, Variety said iTunes might begin offering film downloads by the end of 2006, but currently a price on iTunes is a sticking point in negotiations.
Very cool. My only beef is that single episodes of shows are $2.00. By the time I buy all the shows I want to see, I might as well have bought cable.
