CHARLOTTE BOBCATS: Bobcats Blog Squad - Brad Thomas Blog - NEW 11/28/05: “The national media needs to realize that the Hornets play in Oklahoma City, and the BOBCATS are the team that plays in Charlotte. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard the Bobcats referred to as the Hornets recently in print, web or TV lately, but you’d think people would have gotten that straight after the first full calendar year of the team’s on-court presence.
What is even more laughable is that guys like Chris Sheridan from ESPN.com, who are paid to be ‘insiders’ write stuff like this:
‘The Bobcats, especially Gerald Wallace, have made such a positive impression that we at ESPN.com are actually considering a change in official policy to allow for the writing staff to acknowledge the Bobcats’ existence.’ - Chris Sheridan, ESPN.com
Yeah, Chris, they do exist, and they are a pretty good team. The Bobcats are playing better than most people expected so far, beating the Pacers by 32, the 76ers by 17, the Knicks by 13 and the Wizards by 18 last Saturday night.”

For the third straight week, panthers fans and fans all around the nation blessed enough to be able to watch the Panthers and Falcons game this week will be hearing Sam Rosen and Bill Maas botch names and give idiotic insight on two teams they have no clue about.
STEVEN SMITH!!! STEVEN SMITH!!! STEVEN SMITH!!! DAMMIT, that isn’t even his name!!!! IT’S STEVONNE — PRONOUNCED “stee-VON”, not “STEE-vin”!
DAMMIT SAM ROSEN & BILL MAAS, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE DOING THIS GAME FOR THE THIRD WEEK IN A ROW, AT LEAST GET THE DAMN PLAYERS NAMES RIGHT!!!!
