The Panthers have signed FA G Mike Wahle and CB Ken Lucas.

Rejoice Panthers Fans!

These guys are always willing to spend money to improve this team. Just because they don’t spend it the way “YOU” want it, doesn’t mean they are stupid. It was a VERY smart move to not pay Muhsin Muhammad mega bucks – and today we’re seeing the benefit.

Lucas and Wahle give us more strength in weak positions.

We became a better team today.

Ultimately it will force us into some tough Salary cap decisions, but the 2005 season has started out not with a bang, but with a nuclear explosion.
